Calgary Registered Dietitian & Intuitive Eating Counsellor

Find peace with food.

Personalized nutrition counselling to help you build a more peaceful relationship with food and navigate eating challenges with clarity and confidence.

When Food Feels More Complicated Than It Should

Food may feel stressful, confusing, or difficult to navigate.

This might show up as persistent food cravings, digestive symptoms that disrupt daily life, eating challenges connected to ADHD or sensory sensitivities, or the ongoing stress of trying to figure out what to feed yourself or your family.

These experiences are far more common than most people realize. Through individualized nutrition counselling, we work together to understand what is driving these challenges and develop practical strategies to reduce the overwhelm around food so eating begins to feel more manageable and supportive of your health.

Areas of focus

  • Food Cravings and Improving Your Relationship With Food

If food cravings feel confusing or overwhelming, or years of dieting have left you unsure what to believe about food, nutrition counselling can help you step away from food rules and build a more trusting relationship with eating and your body.

  • ADHD, Neurodiversity, and Eating Challenges

Eating can feel difficult when attention, routines, energy levels, or sensory preferences affect eating patterns and meal routines. Practical nutrition strategies help make eating more consistent, structured, and manageable within everyday life.

  • Digestive and Gut Health

Digestive symptoms such as bloating, reflux, constipation, or diarrhea can affect daily functioning and make it difficult to know what foods actually help. Nutrition counselling helps you understand triggers and develop strategies that support digestive health.

  • Pelvic Floor Health and Nutrition

Nutrition strategies can support pelvic floor health by reducing bowel strain and supporting regular bowel movements. This can be helpful for concerns such as hemorrhoids, rectocele (a type of pelvic organ prolapse), postpartum recovery, and other pelvic floor symptoms.
